Adrian Boyle is a wildlife consultant with expertise in shorebirds. In his role as an ornithologist, Adrian has also traveled extensively through Asia, leading global shorebird flyway counts, training locals in banding and monitoring techniques and assessing the impact of habitat reclamation works. He regularly leads shorebird counts in NW Australia and has extensive experience in both ground and aerial counts of waterbirds and waders. Currently, he takes a lead role in counts for the Shorebirds 2020 program that occur in the SE Asian Flyway. Adrian has also worked as a seabird observer including regular visits to Ashmore Reef and a three month expedition as a marine observer to Antarctica.
